We offer three different programs, ranging from a full service design, planning, and coordination program to the basic services you will need to ensure your wedding day is exactly how you have always imagined it.

Full Service Wedding Program

Relax and sit back because planning a wedding shouldn’t be stressful, it should be fun! If you are worried you won’t be able to plan your own wedding from a start to finish, this is the program for you. This program is designed for clients that need assistance with the Design, Planning and Coordination of their wedding from the engagement to the send-off. With our passion for creativity and dedication to our clients, we help create an impressive, chic and entertaining events that will live in the memory of your guests.

  • Discuss your ideas, plans, and vision for your special day. We then assist you with locating & contracting the perfect venue and ceremony location.

  • Three (3) Inspiration boards - we will listen to your ideas, plans, and vision for the day to create a series of boards with images that will help inspire the entire design of your wedding.
  • Up to (3) floor plan diagrams.

  • Four (4) comprehensive meetings to go over wedding all details; each session can be in person, via conference call.
  • Etiquette Guidance - We will help you with the correct wording for your escort cards/place cards, ceremony programs etc.
  • Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests at conveniently located hotels.

  • Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party.
  • Develop a custom comprehensive budget based on your priorities and track spending.
  • Create & setup detail sheets for each aspect of your wedding so that nothing is forgotten.
  • Create a personal wedding checklist, so that nothing gets overwhelming and every detail is accounted for.
  • Wedding Day transportation coordination for you, your groom, wedding party, family and guests.
  • Assist your guests with activity recommendations, accommodation bookings and transportation.

  • Provide professional creative team vendor referrals based on your style and budget.
  • Negotiate and review all contracts; serve as the main point of contact for all vendors.
  • Coordinate the style and timing with all vendors so the vision for your wedding is perfect.

  • Contact vendors to confirm all timing and details.
  • Management of final payments and gratuities to all vendors.
  • Orchestrate your Ceremony Wedding Rehearsal (up to 1 hour).
  • Set-up of personalized items for reception (seating cards, guest book, ceremony items).
  • Placement of all rental orders (chairs, furniture rentals, lighting, linens).
  • Serve as the main coordinating team on your wedding day, making sure everything proceeds exactly to plan.

REHEARSAL DINNER PROGRAM

When you and your family are trying to plan a wedding, complete with rehearsal dinner, having someone assist is a huge benefit. With this program we recommend venues and vendors, assist in planning the dinner, and oversee the event.

Design Consultations:

Do you need help bringing all of your wedding ideas and inspiration together? Let us create a professional Inspiration Board for you to bring your vision to life.

Toggle StateTier One Inspiration Process (up to 20 hours of planning)
  • This is for the bride who thrives on design, detail and imagination but needs assistance pulling it all together. There are three phases to this process. We have you fill out our detailed Inspiration Questionnaire
  • We set up at least three phone calls at one hour each
  • We design three (3) inspiration boards from Start to Finish. Each board will include the details of your vision and images that are realistic to your style and budget.

  • You know your colors, you have an idea of your design of the wedding, but your feeling overwhelmed with how to put it all together. We have you fill out our detailed Inspiration Questionnaire
  • We set up at least two phone calls at one hour each
  • We design one (1) inspiration board from start to finish. This board will include the details of your vision and images that are realistic to your style and budget.

Event Site Selection:

Can’t find that perfect place or are you at the mercy of Google? Let us help you! After a consultation to determine the couple’s needs, taste, budget and specifications, we’ll search for the perfect location for your event!

Corporate Events and Parties are our specialty here at Verve Wedding and Event Planning. We have planned charity and corporate events for large groups and have the pleasure of working with organizations such as the Andy Roddick Foundation.
